Crystal Methamphetamine or Ice is a problem in all communities.
Victorian woman Kellie Moorcroft was on the drug for 10 years, but has been clean of the drug for just over a year.
She told Moffee her story on Triple M, in an effort to encourage others affected to get help.
In November, Kellie posted a current photo alongside a photo from October 2016, where she is almost unrecognizable.
According to Kellie, she carries the photo with her to remind her of the days she never will return back to.
