Iconic Journalist Mike Willesee Has Passed Away

Iconic Australia journalist Mike Willesee has passed away following a cancer battle.

Wilisee was one of Australia’s most recognizable journalists and television presenters

He first became known as a reporter on the ABC in 1967 and was the face of A Current Affair when it launched in 1971 – and went on to have a long and celebrated career. 

In 2017 he discussed his battle with cancer on the ABC’s Australian Story.
