An extensive study of 32,000 men has revealed that those who ejaculate more often are less likely to suffer from prostate tumours.
In fact, a panel of researchers has established that men need to ejaculate at least 21 (twenty one) times per month to reduce their risk of prostate troubles by as much as 33%.
The findings were published in the journal ‘European Urology’, with the conclusion that high levels of sexual activity leads to a lower likelihood of prostate tumours developing.
The study found “twenty-one ejaculations or more per month can protect you from prostate cancer.”
It was speculated that this is because the action flushes out toxins from your system.
Prostate problems are a major health issue for men, especially over the age of 50. Too many men suffer from pain and develop cancer, with this study is just one example of the extensive work being done to combat the serious threat to men’s health.
Other factors scientifically confirmed to negatively affect prostate health include processed foods, too much fat, smoking, and having a family history of problems.
While tomatoes, organic coffee, and exercise have been established to have a positive effect.
As well, now, as ejaculating.
