Is It Illegal To Use Your Phone For Payment In A Drive-Thru?

News has recently come to light across the country, that using your phone to pay for items in a drive-thru is actually illegal. 

This has instigated many discussions, with some people claiming drive-thrus are private property, so Police legally cannot penalise someone for utilising their phone behind the wheel. 

Dave and Jay wanted in on the discussion and brought in the big guns to put the matter to bed, once and for all.
