Jack De Belin Could Be Allowed To Play Round 1
New hearing
AAP
Jack de Belin's lawyers have told the federal court that he should be free to play in Round 1 of the NRL season.
His lawyers have argued he can't be sidelined because the NRL's new stand down policy isn't an enforceable rule of the game yet.
A hearing has been set down for next Thursday - the same day the season kicks off - with the Dragons' first game of the season against the Cowboys on the Saturday.
More to come.
