Jack de Belin has lost his court appeal against the NRL's controversial No-Fault Stand-Down Policy. 

Justice Melissa Perry handed down her verdict on Friday afternoon with de Belin, NRL CEO Todd Greenberg and ARLC Chairman Peter Beattie in attendance.

The result backs the NRL's policy meaning de Belin will not play in the NRL this year.
