Triple M's Joey Montagna has nominated the Victorian club Dylan Shiel should nominate to be traded to.
JOEY EXPLAINS:
Shiel is looking to return to Victoria from GWS, with four clubs - Carlton, Essendon, Hawthorn and St Kilda - all reportedly in the mix.
Essendon and Hawthorn have the caveat of having stronger lists, with both clubs making finals in the past two years, while Carlton and St Kilda reportedly have more cash on the table.
Joey explained on Triple M’s Dead Set Legends with Jay Clark that each team has their own unique pros and cons.
“I can understand the dilemma, because each club has got their own appeal,” he said.
But Joey eventually settled on one club Shiel should go to.
“If I was Dylan Shiel, out of those four clubs, I think they’re probably the ones closest to a flag,” he explained.
“I think their list is in a really strong position and Dylan Shiel might just be the missing piece.
“If I am Dylan Shiel, and it’s purely to try and win a premiership, Essendon’s probably in front.”
