Joggers preyed on by deviant at Varsity Lakes

Joggers in Varsity Lakes are being warned to stay vigilant of potential sexual predators in the area after another attempted attack.

A woman has shared the terrifying details of the incident in the park behind Castello Circuit on Boxing Day, when a man tried to drag her into the bushes in broad daylight.

The 43-year-old managed to escape his grasp and flee the park, but could not get a good look at her assailant.

Police claim it's worrying, after a woman was approached on the same path earlier this year.
