The man in black, Johnny Cash, will soon have his own bar in downtown Nashville.

Joining the growing list of country artists who have opened bars in Nashville’s Lower Broadway, Johnny Cash’s Kitchen and Saloon will be located next to the Johnny Cash Museum on 3rd Ave. S. Icon Entertainment CEO Bill Miller is at the helm of the project.

Johnny Cash’s Kitchen and Saloon is inspired in part by Cash’s love of hospitality. Cash and his wife June Carter Cash were eager to fill their guests with love, warmth and most importantly, food. In keeping with that tradition, the space will provide authentic Southern food to patrons.

The new venue is due to open in Spring (US time) so if you are planning a trip to Nashville around that time make sure you check out Johnny Cash’s Kitchen and Saloon.
