It was the most famous bin-kick in Australian cricket history (admittedly, not a great deal of competition there). We've all watched 'The Test' and seen Justin Langer's reaction to Nathan Lyon's fumble when trying to run out Ben Stokes during the Headingley Test of 2019.

Now, JL sits down with Triple M's Luke Darcy to talk about his leadership - something that has been firmly under the microscope in the cricket media recently - for Darc's new podcast 'Empowering Leaders'.

Where else to start than that famous bin kick... and the subsequent tidying up... with the game on a knife-edge.

Langer reveals to Darc he wasn't originally keen for everyone to see that, as "people are gonna think I'm a psycho!"

The full chat involved the Aussie Coach talking about what he stands for as a leader, getting all the players to buy into the goal of "making the Australian people proud of us", dealing with factions and adversity, and how to treat different people differently.

He also talks about his daughter watching 'The Test' and being stunned as she'd never seen her old man get mad before.
