Soldier On offer support to veterans who have returned from war - working side by side with them and their families to help secure their futures. Mick and Jane share interviews and inspiring stories from the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve this country.

The special is very close to Mick and Jane's hearts and you can hear the raw emotion of this fitting tribute on a day when we commemorate their sacrifices.
