As the fallout from Friday night’s fiery Roosters Rabbitohs clash continues more former greats of the game have weighed in on Latrell Mitchell’s shocking high shot on Roosters centre Joseph Manu.

Speaking on The Big Breakfast with Marto and Margaux former Broncos great and Fox League expert Corey Parker has criticised the handling of the decision that saw put Mitchell on report and sent to the sin bin only upon watching the replay.

“Latrell had the opportunity to show some remorse and he didn’t”

The Rabbitohs will face Dragons this weekend without Mitchell, who has accepted a six-week sentence, to secure a top-two birth while the Roosters will also be eying off a double-chance when they face the Raiders on Friday night in Mackay.
