Liam Gallagher Sends Fans Into Meltdown With News He's Made Up With Noel

Looks like Christmas has come early for Oasis fans thanks to a gift in the shape of a series of hopeful Tweets from Liam Gallagher.

The Wall of Glass singer randomly shouted out estranged brother Noel's team, thanking them for "a great year" and revealing that he'd be seeing them the following day.

"I wanna say Happy Xmas to team NG it's been a great year thanks for everything looking forward to seeing you tmorrow," Liam wrote.

A fan quickly called him out for what could easily have been a classic Gallagher piss-take message, asking: "You're not going to have a meltdown on here come Christmas Day are you Liam when NG doesn't reach out to you?"

And that's when the unthinkable happened.

"He's already reached out," Liam said. "We're all good again."

Predictably, Twitter went into meltdown over the development.

It may be too much to hope it isn't all a wind-up but stranger things have happened, right?
