As most of us here in Perth are aware, it's prime time for magpie swooping season and this morning, a listener revealed what could be a genius little tip in order to mitigate the chances of being swooped.
Clare from Ocean Reef rang in to suggest that you simply have to announce to nesting magpies that you are approaching:
"You have to let them know that you're there, because, when you think of predators, they get them by surprise,
"They're actually really beautiful birds, you've just got to let them know you're there."
Clare also reveals her extra special magpie whistle that she reckons works a treat 👍
