The AFL's highest profile fan Joffa Corfe has joined Triple M's Rush Hour with Jars and Louie with a message to AFL chief executive Gillon McLachlan over fan behaviour.

Joffa announced on social media on Wednesday that he would boycott games indefinitely until McLachlan "comes out and apologises" for the treatment of fans.

He double down on those comments on Jars & Louie on Thursday.

"It's terrible what's happening in the terraces...I haven't been able to sleep because of it. I know some people might think, settle down Joff," he told Triple M Adelaide.

"This is not right. We should not be subjected to this.

"I'm against violence, homophobic comments, I'm against racism, that doesn't come into the equation here.

"We're just talking about being a passionate supporter, heart on sleeve, every now and then have a boo, have a go at the umpire, get into the game. That's what it's all about."
