Nathan Lyon is truly the greatest of all time.
The spinner was batting late on day four at the MCG when, with the new ball about to arrive, Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant had a few words to say.
LYON AND PANT'S STUMP MIC BANTER:
Pant - who's made a name for himself for being a bit cheeky behind the stumps this series - was encouraging Lyon to do something, with the Aussies in a precarious position 165 runs behind with two wickets remaining.
The keeper wanted Lyon to do something, making the point that you wouldn't "want to come tomorrow for nothing".
But Lyon - facing Ravi Jadeja - couldn't understand him.
And instead of getting stuck into Pant, his reply really was wholesome.
The audio was picked up by the stump mics on Fox Sports, and got a good laugh out of commentators Adam Gilchrist and Mike Hussey.
