The first round of the 2018 NAB AFL Draft has been completed.
The Adelaide Crows used their two early selections to draft Chayce Jones (Launceston) with pick 9, and Edward McHenry (Geelong Falcons) with pick 16.
While the Crows' cross town rivals Port Adelaide used their three early selections to draft in local boy Connor Rozee (North Adelaide) with pick 5, Zak Butters (Western Jets) with pick 12, and they also added Xavier Duursuma (Gippsland Power) with pick 18.
Speaking this morning on Triple M Adelaide's Roo and Ditts, former Adelaide Crows legend Mark Ricciuto provided some immediate feedback on the South Australian clubs early draft choices.
The 2018 NAB AFL Draft continues from midday (EDST) beginning with Round 2 selections.
The Rookie Draft will commence immediately after, around 5PM (EDST).0
