Tex Walker tied the knot with long-term partner Ellie Brown on Saturday afternoon in a secret ceremony.
He joined Roo & Ditts on Triple M on Tuesday morning to explain how the whole thing went down.
TEX TELLS THE STORY BEHIND HIS SURPRISE WEDDING:
"Ellie came home six to eight weeks ago and said ‘I’ve got an idea,’" he said.
"She said ‘let’s get married’ and I said ‘well, that’s the inevitable, we are engaged, we are going to get married’.
"But we thought let’s do it, not to get it out the way, but we want to start a family, so we thought this was the best way to do it."
It all happened pretty quickly, with Tex explaining the way the unique celebration went, as well as telling the hilarious story about how great mate Bernie Vince missed the ceremony!
