AFL great Wayne Carey has explained what it’s like to be booed on the footy field on The Rush Hour with JB & Billy this afternoon.

The boys were discussing Hawthorn fans booing Gary Ablett in the Easter Monday game and asked Duck about his experiences with getting booed himself in his playing days.

“I think a lot of players when they’re going well like Gary was yesterday would thrive on it,” Duck said.

“Now if that booing came and you’re not playing so well yourself and the team was losing then that would have a bit of a deeper effect.

Duck also discussed what North Melbourne needs to change, the problems at Melbourne and how well St Kilda are going.
