Triple M's Wayne Carey has named the three teams that have overachieved in 2019, as well as the three teams that have most underachieved.

Nine rounds into the 2019 season, Duck's established his top three at each end of the spectrum on Triple M's Rush Hour.

Joining the show on Tuesday afternoon, he named three Victorian teams on the list of which teams have underachieved, including North Melbourne, while a few bolters made his top three of the overachievers, including Richmond.

"I'll start with the Kangaroos, (they've) clearly underachieved," he said.

"Just on all on those teams that I read out - they all have the ability to change that."
