How are you spending the greatest day on the Aussie calendar? From slip-n-slides to backyard cricket, there's stacks of ways to celebrate all things Australia this weekend, and Campaspe Shire Council will be hosting a number of events throughout the region so you can plan your perfect Australia Day! 

If you're an ECHUCA local, head along to the Aquatic Reserve on Heygarth Street from 7:50 - 10:30am for a flag raising and citizenship ceremony with Australia Day Ambassador Mr Ian Coutts followed by a BBQ breaky.

GIGARRE is looking to have a jam packed Australia Day with a flag raising ceremony from 8:30am at Gigarre Reserve followed by music, a BBQ breakfast, and a presentation of awards with Dr Yvonne Ho AM at Gigarre Memorial Hall. 

GUNBOWER residents are invited to spend the morning at Felix L'Huillier Park from 7:30am with a community breakfast, follower by a flag raising ceremony at Gunbower Memorial Hall at 10:30am. 

It's expected to be a fun filled evening in KOYUGA, with a flag raising ceremony, sausage sizzle, yabby races, games and supper from 5 - 9pm at Koyuga Hall.

Hear from Mr Robin Daubeny at the KYABRAM flag raising ceremony at Kyabram Memorial Gardens, complete with a BBQ breakfast and presentation of awards from 8am. 

Cool down with a dip in the pool at Kyvalley Community Park & Pool for the KYVALLEY community ceremony, with a BBQ lunch and entertainment on site. 

LOCKINGTON will be celebrating Australia Day with a breakfast and flag raising ceremony at Lions/Apex Park at 8:30am followed by a kids fishing competition at Locking Channel from 12:30pm. 

In MILLOO, dine while hearing from a renowned guest speaker at Milloo Hall from 7pm. 

If you're in the ROCHESTER region, enjoy a BBQ breakfast, flag raising ceremony, and presentation of awards at Lions Park from 7:30 - 8:30am. 

RUSHWORTH residents are encouraged to head along to Village Green on High Street from 5:30pm for a sausage sizzle and presentation of awards with Australia Day Ambassador Dr Yvonne Ho AM. 

Head along to the STANHOPE flag raising ceremony at McEwen Place from 9:30am followed by entertainment, morning tea, and a presentation of awards with Mr Robin Daubeny. 

Celebrate Australia Day in TONGALA with a flag raising ceremony with Australia Day Ambassador Mr Ian Coutts, a presentation of awards, BBQ lunch and even a sing-a-long! Happening at Tongala Public Hall from 11am. 

If you're in TOOLLEEN on Australia Day, be sure to head along to the luncheon at Toolleen Community Centre from 11am with Australia Day Ambassador Ms Ann Peacock and entertainment by Rushworth Band. 

And finally you can join the Australia Day celebrations in WYUNA at Wyuna Memorial Hall with a community BBQ and flag raising ceremony, and hear from guest speakers from 6pm.
