Lord Mayor Confirms Northbridge Nightclubs Are Set To Have Noise Restrictions

Perth’s party central, Northbridge, is set to be soundproofed with a limit of 95 decibels.

“Places like Paramount, we’re talking the Court, Connies. They want to reduce the sound limit,” Katie said on the Rush Hour with Embers and Katie Lamb.
Perth’s Lord Mayor, Basil Zempilas joins Embers and Katie to explain the new plan.
“95db, that’s loud enough to have a good time, but no so loud that nobody can live nearby,” Basil said.
“The developers…and the industry have both settled on this as a workable compromise.”
