Domestic violence is a crime committed by people from all walks of life. If you’re abusing your partner you should know that police do not need a statement from them to make an arrest. If we have reasonable grounds, we will arrest you immediately. And, if you have left the scene we will track you down. Remember there are no longer any safe houses for those who commit domestic violence.
