Margaux Parker certainly isn't the first parent to lie to her kids but she's finding out the hard way that sometimes, the truth is the better option.

Margaux admitted that during the holidays, the Parker family lost a pet - and instead of being upfront about what had happened, she found herself in a "pit of lies and guilt".
