A Melbourne apartment block has gone into lockdown, as the state records 4 new COVID-19 cases.
20 residents in a Richmond apartment block have been plunged into a 14-day lockdown, after a COVID case was linked to the building.
The four cases recorded on Sunday are all linked to current outbreaks.
There were more than 25,000 tests and there no overseas-acquired cases.
