Melbourne’s Going To Cop A Rain Pounding This Weekend

Today’s a trademark brilliant day in Melbourne, but unfortunately it’s not going to last.

The city is set to cop a drenching over the weekend, with our biggest fall in months expected.

“People who have any washing should get it done today because the weather is gonna change,” senior forecaster Michael Efron told The Herald Sun.

“We’ve got showers developing early on Saturday but the bulk of the rain is going to fall in the afternoon.

“It’s the most rain we have had in a couple of months with 10mm due in the Melbourne area.”

The rain is predicted to ease on Sunday.
