Metallica Has Created A Beer With An American Brewery

Metallica has found a new way to make a buck, teaming up with California’s Stone Brewing for a new beer named Enter Night.

The brew is a German Pilsner that Kerrang! describes as “as crushable yet engaging as the band itself”.

Metallica have made booze before — they released a whiskey called Blackened in 2018 — but this is their first beer.

“We brewed a few prototypes based on what the Metallica team was looking for and this was far and away their favourite,” Senior Manager of Brewing & Innovation at Stone told Kerrang!.

“For me, what makes this a Metallica beer is the flavour intensity, but it stays refreshing.

“It’s unique and groundbreaking like Metallica, but you can taste the influences, which in this case are traditional German lagers and American Craft Beer.”

The band and brewery have announced that they will distribute the beer internationally.
