Michael Voss Walks Through The Process Of Becoming Carlton Coach

Newly appointed Carlton coach Michael Voss shared on Triple M Adelaide's breakfast show about the process involved in becoming the preferred target.
Voss said the interviews begin with any learnings of the individual, including "what do you stand for, what are your philosophies .. what structure you're going to put around you".
Coming across as an assistant from Port Adelaide, Voss admitted he learnt a lot since he was last in a senior coaching role at Brisbane.
"It really has been a journey of self discovery for me."
"It's been 8 years since my last job. There's clearly some things I want to go back and work on, and highlighted some things that I need to address .. I'm fortunate I had a club willing to embrace that and support my own journey."
