Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger is set to undergo heart surgery this week, according to reports citing the Drudge Report.
The surgical procedure is said to be the reason behind the Stones recently postponing their North American tour for Mick’s health.
Jagger is apparently having surgery to replace a heart valve, while other reports suggest he will have a stent placed in his heart.
The band is remaining tight-lipped about Jagger’s health issue but said they expect him to make a full recovery.
Jagger apologised to North American fans on Twitter on Sunday.
