Motorcyclist Charged For Speeding Over 60km Above Limit
Rider to appear in Court at a later date
A male motorcyclist was intercepted yesterday after speeding over 60km above the limit in Bothwell.
Around 3:10pm yesterday, police detected a motorcycle travelling at 163kph in the 100kph zone on Highland Lakes Road. The motorcycle evaded police and was later located in Goodwood.
The bike has been confiscated for a period of 90 days, and the rider is set to appear in Court in relation to a number of traffic offences.
