Motorcyclist Dies In Tragic Crash In Gold Coast Hinterland
Driver Believed To Have Lost Control
A man has died in a tragic motorcycle accident in the Gold Coast Hinterland today.
Paramedics were called to the scene in Advancetown at the corner of Beechmont and Nerang-Murwillumbah Road at around 1:12pm on Wednesday, after the driver lost control of his bike.
The man, believed to be in his 50s, could not be saved and died at the scene.
No one else was injured.
The accident has forced part of Beechmont Road to be closed.
