Mystic Journey Wins The First Ever All Star Mile

Mystic Journey has won the first ever All Star Mile at Flemington.

Led by Anthony Darmanin, Mystic Journey took the lead with 100 metres left in the race.

The mare won ahead of Hartnell and Alizee.

"It's just unbelievable! She just travelled so sweet and won," Darmanin told Channel 7 after the race.

"Most of my family's here today...I wish them all the best. I just can't believe it."
