Nelson Aspen Admits Telethon Is Better Than The Oscars

Hollywood reporter and personality, Nelson Aspen, flew into Perth from New York City to attend Telethon on the weekend.

“Before Covid, I was here for the Telethon in 2019 and I just fell in love with the kids, the way people come together…it’s better than the Oscars,” Nelson admitted on the Rush Hour with Andrew Embley and special guest Dani Shuey.
Topping off the huge donation record of $71.4million, Nelson confirmed he joined in on the after party celebrations.
“I got to go to the Telethon after party, so I wasn’t working, and I got to enjoy all that Margaret River wine.”
