Nerang Man Charged Over Alleged 15 Years Of Stalking
Accused Of Targeting Nine Women
A man has been charged with allegedly stalking nine Gold Coast women over a 15 year period
Detectives from Operation Quebec Helium charged the 45-year-old Nerang man with nine counts of stalking allegedly committed between 1999 and 2014.
He was accused of sending them threatening, abusive and degrading text messages, as well as parking his car and waiting outside their homes.
The man was also accused of setting up fake social media accounts to harass the alleged victims to cause concern and fear.
He was due to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Thursday.
