Nicole Rowles Shares Some Insight Into Mackay's Current Heatwave

This morning Jay & Dave caught up with Nicole Rowles from Nine News Mackay to find out about the unseasonably hot weather we're experiencing.

Nicole shared her insight into what has been causing the hot weather, as well as what to expect throughout the rest of the week. 

"When a trough is approaching us... it generates really hot weather and it can also generate really windy weather. And unfortunately that combination is what's been creating these really high fire dangers and unfortunately some bush fires around our region."
