NightQuarter Lives On? Potential Move To Carrara

The popular NightQuarter could be making a comeback on the Gold Coast.

It was revealed on Thursday the Queensland Government was working with Stadiums Queensland to potentially see the popular music and food venue reincarnated at Metricon Stadium.

Under the plan, the site would be situated between the stadium and the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre.

It was reportedly one of a number of possible new locations.

The news follows the shock closure of the Helensvale NightQuarter in February due to skyrocketing rental costs.

A petition to secure a new venue garnered more than 16,000 signatures from residents.
