This fun (and delicious) festival is back bigger, better and more diverse than ever before!

Saturday is ALL THINGS GREEK; learn to cook Greek, dance Greek and you know you want to… SMASH PLATES like the Greeks. Sunday brings you a taste of the Mediterranean where you can learn to cook Italian, watch Egyptian belly dancing, watch the Footy Finals and keep the kids entertained with a guest appearance from Poppy from the hit movie – Trolls. Last, but not least, your public holiday MONDAY brings you cooking lessons in French cuisine, a mix of traditional and modern Greek dance and of course FOOTY FINALS.

Ingham Rotary Maraka Festival

Featuring steam train rides, a cocktail night, Try-athlon, rock and roll dinner dance, afternoon tea, pet parade, float procession, entertainment AND fireworks… need we say more??

Radical Reels Film Festival Townsville

Where: Riverway Arts Centre, Townsville
When: Thursday 16 November  7:00PM-9:50PM
Cost: Adults: $32.50 15-18 years old: $28.00 2-15 years old: $22.50

Get your adrenaline fix from the Banff Mountain Film Festival’s RADICAL REELS tour as it comes back to Townsville! An awesome display of how far humans can push themselves. Get your tickets here or from the Ticket Shop.

Highlights include the mad-cap Flying Frenchies, rock climber Sonnie Trotter and two teenagers who have taken the bouldering community by storm! Wondering what bouldering is??? It’s basically rock climbing… WITH NO ROPE OR HARNESS :/

While you can get tickets for kids – there is a warning on the ticket purchase site “May contain coarse language”.
