A NSW man has been involved in a shocking accident, after being hit by a bus in the western suburbs of Sydney Yesterday afternoon.
NSW ambulance paramedic were quick to respond to the scene after receiving reports that a man in his 20s had been hit by a bus before 3pm on Friday.
The disturbing incident occurred on Sunnyholt Rd and First Ave in Blacktown, where ambulance paramedics arrived on the scene to treat the man in his 20s.

According to a spokesperson, Ambulance paramedics treated the man for head and shoulder injuries.
The man was eventually taken by ambulance to Westmead hospital in a stable condition.
