Though the NRL season will pick up where it left off when it comes to the ladder, it's difficult to imagine how the shutdown period won't have drastically changed the course of the 2020 Premiership.

From fitness levels to the impact to mental health of each player, only time will tell what the forced interruption to the competition will have on each club.

But there is one team that MG believes will have benefitted greatly from the season shutdown, and that's the Cronulla Sharks.

One of the key reasons for that, he says, is Matt Moylan.
