Owner Of Pellegrini's Cafe Sisto Malaspina Named As Bourke Street Attack Victim

The owner of Bourke Street's Pellegrini's Espresso Bar, Sisto Malaspina, has been identified as the victim of Friday's Bourke Street attack.

The Herald Sun has named Malaspina as the victim of Friday's incident on Bourke Street, which saw two others hospitalised and the terrorist shot by police, later dying in hospital.

The cafe has closed as family, friends and staff mourn the owner.

Pellegrini's is a Melbourne institution, believed to own the city's first espresso machine, delivered way back in 1954.
