Broncos bad boy Tevita Pangai Jr has return to Broncos training in tip-top shape after a massive off-season.

Speaking on The Big Breakfast NRL insider Dobbo revealed that Pangai Jr, who was sanctioned by the NRL for breaking the league’s COVID protocol in August, had taken his wake-up call seriously, working part-time at a Brisbane nursery as a landscaper and doing extra training sessions at Parker household.

“He was very disciplined in the off-season I can say that he worked at the nursery every day for three weeks, after he would do training every morning” Margaux Parker revealed.

“He would turn up at our place four o’clock to do some training and then he’d do extra training with Corey (Parker)”
