Three-time Paralympian Brad Scott is coming to the Pilbara region this week for the Champions 2 Country regional tour

Over 3 days, Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games athletes will visit schools, sporting and community clubs, and a number of local events throughout Karratha and Port Hedland.

The tour aims to share the sporting achievements and experiences of these incredible athletes, and inspire youth and other members of the community by addressing topics such as healthy living, developing teamwork and leadership attributes, and becoming motivated to achieve goals.

"As athletes, we've been able to go out there and experience these amazing things... but we want to make sure that everyone else knows that that could also be them.

"...And it doesn't necessarily need to be in sport. But we can use sport as a medium to really connect and communicate with the community, especially the kids.

"At the end of the day sometimes we just need a little bit of inspirational direction to really go out there and strive to be who we want to be."

Brad Scott will be accompanied by Olympic swimmer Blair Evans, Olympic sailor Belinda Stowell, and Olympic water polo player Zoe Arancini.

Brad joined Pablo this morning to chat about the upcoming tour and give him some advise on taking his training to the next level.
