Chicken parmigiana rating website Parma Daze has anointed the Birmingham Hotel in Fitzroy as the maker of the best parma in Melbourne.
Parma Daze put together their best of 2018 list recently, with the Birmy winning the main prize for the third consecutive year.
They also gave awards for the Best New Parma to the Park Hotel in Abbotsford, Most Improved Parma to Hardimans Hotel in Kensington, Most Creative Parma to the Pizza Parma at the Imperial Hotel in the CBD and more.
