Pearl Jam Announced As Record Store Day Ambassadors For 2019

American grunge kings Pearl Jam have been announced as Record Store Day Ambassadors for 2019.

Record Store Day, held 13 April 2019 is a worldwide celebration of music, with pop up gigs and limited edition releases all in the name of supporting your local record store.

Following the announcement, Pearl Jam's Mike McCready said; "Every day is record store day for me. I always feel a little bit better when I come out of a record store."

Previous ambassadors have included Metallica, Dave Grohl, Ozzy Osbourne and Iggy Pop.
