Penola Players To Perform A New Play This Weekend!

This morning on the show, Ewan Grant spoke to Annie Kilsby who had an update on the Penola Players performances, including a musical melodrama happening this weekend called Who's Got Me Diamond.

Some of the performers are even brand new to the stage, making this a first for some of them.

Annie writes the plays herself and actually says it's the easiest part, with directing being the hardest of the two. 

The Penola Players are a group of ordinary, everyday people who get together regularly to put on plays and entertain the people in the small rural towns of Penola and the surrounding districts. The Players have been going strong since 1950!
