ARLC Chairman Peter V'Landys has opened up on where negotiations currently stand between the NRL and Professional Rugby League Match Officials (PRLMO) ahead of the competition restart next Thursday.
V'Landys joined Triple M's The Rush Hour with MG and opened up on when he believes a deal will be struck and IF the NRL competition can go ahead without the top referees.
