LISTEN: Police Break Window to Arrest Driver Refusing to Comply

A woman is due to face Coffs Harbour Local Court after she refused to put down her window and provide details to Police after they pulled her over when they discovered her vehicle registration had expired in July 2022.
The woman, and her male passenger claimed that they were not in the same jurisdiction as the officer, and they were 'travelling' not driving.
The Police officer was forced to break the window to make the arrest.
