Wodonga detectives are working to determine if there are any links between armed robberies on both sides of the Border.

Detectives were called to the McKoy Street premises early Saturday morning with reports a man had produced a firearm and stole an amount of cash before fleeing on a motorbike, no one was hurt during the incident.

Two armed robberies on both sides of the border

The man is described as being between 185cm and 195cm tall and was wearing a black jacket and a silver and black bike helmet.

A short while later, a man threatened an attendant at a Travelstop Way service station in Lavington.

Investigators are yet to establish if these two incidents are linked.
