Police Investigating Man And Child Found Dead In Sunshine Coast Vehicle

Police are investigating death of a man and child whose bodies were found in a car at Coochin Creek on the Sunshine Coast Wednesday.

Detectives are treating the matter as a murder-suicide, and there's reports the pair were found by council workers.

"At this stage, detectives are treating the death of the child as suspicious and the man's death as non-suspicious," police said in a statement.

It's believed pair are a father and child.
