Police have arrested three men in Rockhampton as part of a crackdown on Rebels Motorcycle Gang.
The men were some of six arrested in stings by Taskforce Maxima across the weekend.
They are being charged with habitual consorting and are the first to be charged under the State Government's new anti-gang laws.
